3. All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if we grossly misrepresent the item(s) and under the following conditions:
•You must RETURN item within 3 days of receiving your
item(s) in the condition in which it was received.

4. Item(s) sold are checked carefully and in GOOD CONDITION. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping.-

5. The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real piece due to the colour resolution when the photos taken.

6. We will provide you with the delivery tracking no. to prove that we have deliver the item(s) to you.

Upon payment received, we will deliver the order item(s) within 2 working days via Skynet courier service.

Shipping Rates

1. For West Malaysia (WM):

First 1kg RM5, RM1/kg onwards (Items are estimated to reach within 1-3 working days after sending)

2. For East Malaysia (EM):

First kg RM13.00, RM13.00/kg onwards (major towns reach within 2-3 working days after sending, rural areas 2-5 working days)

3. For International Rates kindly email us your mailing address in advance and we shall check the shipping rate for you.

***For East Malaysia (EM) / Zone 2 area / rural places / Singapore you may request for Parcel Mail or Pos Laju for cheaper shipping cost.
